Weight Loss Step #1-
The first step to losing weight is getting your diet in order. It's time to take responsibility for your actions. You'll never lose weight if you don't start watching what you eat. It doesn't matter how hard you exercise or workout. A great body is made in the kitchen. Start by making healthier choices. When you go out to eat choose the healthier alternative.
Weight Loss Step #2-
The next step is to start doing something that burns calories. I am not recommending just yet that you run on a treadmill for hours on end. Did you know that playing basketball for 30 minutes will burn up to 350 calories? Hiking and biking are other activities that also require a lot of calories and will help you burn fat. I prefer to do things I like that burn calories rather than running on a treadmill

The last step is to create a plan of action. You can fantasize about having a magnificent body all you want. But until you start taking action nothing will happen. Aren't you tired of going Summer after Summer looking the same or do you want to lose 20 pounds? It's time to make something happen right now. So write down a plan of eating healthier and exercising more and take action on it.
